Return & Exchanges

At Sushive, we want to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. Therefore, we have implemented a Return & Exchange policy to address situations where customers are not entirely happy with their purchase.

 


Cancellations/Modifications


To cancel or modify your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellations or modifications cannot be processed through our website.

 

Exchange Order


You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Exchanges are applicable for incorrect colors, defective products, or wrongly delivered items.

  • We recommend to record video while you open your order without cut and pause. Without video proof, returns or exchange cannot be processed.
  • The product should be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • If you received a product with an incorrect color, defective, or wrong item due to an error by Sushive, our team will arrange a free reverse pickup.
  • If the issue is caused by the customer, they must send the product to our warehouse at their own cost.
  • If received product is in perfect condition but the customer wants to exchange it for another variant, a additional shipping charges will be applied.
  • Once we receive the retuned items, our team will inspect them and will create an exchange within 24 hours.

Return Order

  • Once we received the returned items, our team will inspect them and will create  refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases at our store.

  • Return or Exchange will not be processed if product damaged due to misuse, physical damage.
  • Return or Exchange will not be processed if the product is received without accessories and original packaging.
  • We only allow exchanges for items in the Wrist Wear & Earbuds Headphone category with the same product and variant.
  • Please check the size before placing an order.
